I didn't get around to much canning this year, and instead found myself turning to dehydrating and freezing for most of my needs (which weren't many since our garden was fried). Even though I won't be labeling much this year (except two jars of my lovely amaretto cherries that I am still hoarding for a special occasion) I still can't help but feel so completely smitten over these ah-mazing canning labels.

You mentioned dehydrating your produce. I'm pretty sure you now have a fancy machine for that, but did you ever do it in the oven? Most specifically fruit? I kind of want to try that.
